The company is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve their customer's enterprise loyalty program, powered by Marigold. This role is responsible for ensuring their loyalty platform delivers multi-channel member engagement, tiered membership with real value, behavioral rewards, and measurable ROI, while seamlessly integrating across their retail and digital ecosystems. The goal is to scale the program profitably and enhance member lifetime value.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience in platform integrations, APIs, data flows, and CDPs/CRMs.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel customer journeys (retail POS, online, mobile, membership).
- Deep understanding of tiered membership structures, behavioral rewards, and gamification mechanics.

Other
- 5–7+ years in product management or technical product ownership, ideally in loyalty, membership, or CRM-driven platforms.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with ability to align engineering, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Experience in financial modeling, ROI measurement, and margin management for loyalty or subscription programs.
- Preference will be given to candidates that live in or around Chicago
