Babylist's e-commerce business is growing rapidly, and with that growth comes complexity, requiring the development of technology to power the eCommerce experience and meet the needs of new parents and internal business teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years working in agile development environments
- 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, e-commerce, or manufacturing
- Understanding of systems integration, data flow, APIs, and automation
- Experience with HighJump (Körber), Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, or other custom-built WMS systems strongly preferred
- Highly analytical, using data to define priorities and measure impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating complex ideas for diverse audiences
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and transform loosely defined challenges into clear, actionable plans
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with operational teams to build deep trust, understand their needs, and deliver technical solutions that improve and automate their workflows
- Drive the product lifecycle end to end: discovery, definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration
- Work closely with engineering to scope and deliver new initiatives that scale our operations
- Influence prioritization by aligning stakeholders across Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Accounting, and Customer Support
- Define success metrics, leverage data to monitor progress, and communicate impact across the organization
- Continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and deliver a best-in-class fulfillment experience
- Be the expert in our WMS software (Highjump) and operational processes
