Requirements
- 5+ years' experience leading technical delivery teams.
- Demonstrated product development experience using different software development methodologies, like Agile and Scaled Agile.
- Proven knowledge of risk management and tracking techniques.
- Alteryx Designer- Advanced Certification
- CBAP® - Certified Business Analysis Professional
- Certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master
- Azure DevOps exposure
Responsibilities
- Managing vendor teams in building and delivering platform features according to prioritization.
- Track and monitor progress, ensure timely reporting of milestone and dependency status, monitor risks and issues to escalate to leadership, and execute day-to-day coordination activities to support the technology transformation.
- Set development team's priorities and adherence to delivery standards.
- Provide leadership coordination and oversight within one delivery team to deliver functionality on behalf of Tax.
- Coordinate with business representatives when details are needed.
- Partner on the design and ensure product meets specifications by conducting demos at Program Increment Sessions.
- Follow standards, guidelines, and metrics aimed at delivering business value quickly and efficiently.

- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week.
- Ability to travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
