Malco Group is seeking to solve the technical challenges in the HVAC/R industry, specifically refrigeration, by hiring a Technical Product Solutions Engineer with deep expertise to serve as the primary technical authority for their AC&R products and solutions.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems, tools, and technologies, including diagnostic and maintenance equipment.
- EPA 608 Certification required.
- Proficiency with industry-standard diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and optimization.
- ASHRAE Certification preferred
- Master the tools and technologies our company provides for the HVAC/R industry, including advanced diagnostic and service tools.
- Prior experience in technical support, applications engineering, or product specialist roles preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, with a focus on refrigeration.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical expert for AC& R installation and maintenance products, providing specialized knowledge on application and optimization.
- Lead technical support for internal teams and customers, addressing detailed product inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Master the tools and technologies our company provides for the HVAC/R industry, including advanced diagnostic and service tools.
- Train customers and internal teams on effective tool usage to maximize system performance and efficiency.
- Partner with Product Management to deliver feedback on product performance, customer usage, and technical challenges.
- Conduct technical training sessions, product demonstrations, and installation guidance for customers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, application guides, and knowledge base content.
