Antech is looking to enhance its product master data management systems by focusing on executing the short- and long-term vision for these systems, capturing requirements, and aligning them with product delivery plans. The role will support the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform, acting as a key link between business users and IT to ensure high-quality data governance and effective operation of the MDM system.

Requirements

  • Stibo MDM Specialist
  • Working knowledge of data systems, internal data structures and associated data flow.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong MS Office skills required – including mastery in Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years working in data management, MDM, or similar marketing/commercialization role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and configure the Stibo STEP platform, including workflows, attributes, validations, and approval processes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors or issues related to data processing and integration.
  • Support larger MDM-related initiatives, such as taxonomy redesign, product onboarding automation, or system integrations.
  • Participate in testing of new functionality, upgrades, or data migrations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, data flows, and operational processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Stibo platform, assisting internal teams with day-to-day issues and questions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new features or data domains.

  • Hybrid role, where the ideal candidate will be located near either of our New York City, Fountain Valley, CA or Loveland, CO Hubs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, marketing, business, communications, analytical fields, or similar experience
  • International experience or exposure preferred but not required
  • A personal passion for helping veterinarians and pets in their care.
  • Excellent project management skills ensuring on-time, on-target, on-budget delivery of solutions to internal and external customers (veterinary clinics, partners).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building abilities to influence and direct peers, subordinates, and superiors across a matrixed organization
  • Travel up to 15% both domestically and internationally
