Mastercard is looking for a Technical Program Management Analyst to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of components of projects within the Mastercard Settings program, which aims to empower customers with seamless onboarding and configuration of products.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and deploying Power BI dashboards.
- Experience in writing SQL queries.
- Experience in building KPI reports and providing insights to Leadership team.
- Understanding of application/product Software development life cycle.
- Understanding of ALM Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft tools, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and manage project priorities effectively.
- Ability to clearly explain technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the planning, execution, and delivery for a component of a project from inception to completion related to a known technology, product, or program
- Assists in the construction and maintenance of integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing delivery approaches, numerous constraints, and adequately factor in contingency for unplanned delays
- Assists in the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery within an existing delivery framework
- Builds expertise in a domain (software engineering, data center, security, operations, etc.)
- Knows when to reley on developers or SMEs for deeper conversations inside and outside the team.
- Experience in developing and deploying Power BI dashboards.
