Nimble is looking for a Technical Program Manager to build and lead the systems that ensure their robots are trained on the most accurate, reliable, and production-ready datasets in the world. This role will own the quality function for the data and model pipeline, designing end-to-end processes, defining success metrics, and creating feedback loops for continuous improvement across data collection, labeling, and model development.
Requirements
- Proven track record navigating complex AI/robotics programs from concept through deployment in fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to work across robotics, AI/ML, hardware, software, and operations teams, understanding how these disciplines integrate in real systems.
- Outstanding organizational and program management skills, with experience driving multi-team initiatives and managing technical dependencies.
- Data-driven decision making, using metrics, experiments, and operational insights to prioritize work and validate outcomes.
- Background in AI/ML pipelines, data quality systems, model evaluation, or robotics workflows.

- BS/MS in a technical field (CS, EE, MechE, Robotics, Physics, Math) or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical details into clear plans and align diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership, clarity under ambiguity, and alignment with Nimble’s values of being resourceful, humble, dependable, and committed to legendary impact.
- MBA, or experience scaling technical programs involving operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
