Responsibilities
- Influence and drive design and implement scalable API-based systems and processes to support business operations, lead the migration from legacy first-party systems to modern platforms, and ensuring minimal disruption to business workflows.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to identify operational pain points and translate business requirements into technical solutions; serve as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage the integration of third-party systems and services, including vendor evaluation, technical implementation, etc.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, design and implement new workflows, tools, and systems to streamline operations.
- Develop and execute cross-functional enablement programs to ensure teams are trained on new systems and processes.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
