Requirements

  • Experience with SDLC (software development life cycle).
  • Experience with production tooling or observability.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
  • Experience in software development principles.
  • Ability to guide developers on the use of key technologies.
  • Experience speaking at technology conferences or writing technical articles.

Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgable about Production2020 tools and technologies, able to build demos, courses, and content on our product's usage especially on training, tuning, and inference workloads.
  • Participate in related technical communities as a practitioner having, or developing, understanding of that community’s needs.
  • Represent the needs of technical communities throughout the entire product lifecycle including input on design discussions, customer zero testing, launch, post-launch updates.
  • Build and foster an external community ecosystem of influencers, meetups, experts that amplify our messages and extend our reach.
  • Advocate for the community internally and influence product strategy by working with Product Management, Engineering, UX while providing, Customer Engagements and Go-To Market.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
