Requirements
- Experience with SDLC (software development life cycle).
- Experience with production tooling or observability.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
- Experience in software development principles.
- Ability to guide developers on the use of key technologies.
- Experience speaking at technology conferences or writing technical articles.
Responsibilities
- Be knowledgable about Production2020 tools and technologies, able to build demos, courses, and content on our product's usage especially on training, tuning, and inference workloads.
- Participate in related technical communities as a practitioner having, or developing, understanding of that community’s needs.
- Represent the needs of technical communities throughout the entire product lifecycle including input on design discussions, customer zero testing, launch, post-launch updates.
- Build and foster an external community ecosystem of influencers, meetups, experts that amplify our messages and extend our reach.
- Advocate for the community internally and influence product strategy by working with Product Management, Engineering, UX while providing, Customer Engagements and Go-To Market.
- Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
