We're looking for a Technical Program Manager Intern to drive our agile development processes and oversee the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion
- Technical curiosity with ability to understand software development concepts
Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management across engineering teams
- Implement and optimize agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for AI-powered product development
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Track development velocity, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements
- Manage technical dependencies and risk mitigation for AI feature rollouts
- Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and stakeholder communication
- Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and delivery schedules

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
