Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, model deployment, or advanced techniques (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, multi-agent workflows)
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience hosting technical/engineering learning workshops, meetups, or online communities; producing technical content; creating engaging and measurable technical learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate the business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of technical product or program management
Responsibilities
- Lead program management for Generative AI initiatives across multiple engineering teams, partnering with local TPMs in teams
- Leverage deep knowledge and functional expertise to drive road mapping, execution planning, and cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
- Coordinate with AI researchers, software engineers, and product managers to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Drive adoption of new AI tools through change management and internal advocacy
- Stay up to date on the AI competitive landscape and develop opinions on its implications for our business and roadmap
- Ensure compliance with AI ethics guidelines and data privacy regulations
- Craft a concise, targeted, and timely communication strategy that highlights progress against goals and evangelizes GenAI's use and benefits across the Netflix tech workforce
