Requirements
- Experienced at leading complex technical programs

- Prior experience working with globally distributed teams
- Experience with launching a new team or site
Responsibilities
- Lead complex programs that bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world application
- Work closely with world-class researchers and key external partners
- Partner with Aaron Saunders, VP of Hardware Engineering, to build a new lab in Cambridge, MA
- Navigate fast-paced, ever-evolving environments, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity in solving complex challenges and implementing scalable solutions
- Improve processes, workflows, and governance models to enhance efficiency within research teams
- Confidently communicate challenges and risks while proposing new solutions to senior leadership
- Manage collaborations with external partners
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience as a technical program manager
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate challenges and risks to senior leadership
- Ability to pass a background check
