ADT is looking to solve the problem of ensuring their products meet customer needs and market demands by gaining hands-on experience across all stages of product development and management, including conceptualization, development, launch, and post-launch enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Excel, or PowerPoint
- Experience with dashboards or automation tools
- Completed coursework in technical or project management areas
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams in resolving issues and navigating ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing project plans, status reports, and post-launch evaluations
- Collaborate with teams to support product development and launch activities
- Support the design and launch of small-scale pilots, including scoping requirements and defining success metrics.
- Research and propose improvements to existing workflows tools or processes.
- Support post-launch enhancements, including defect resolution and process improvements
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation between December 2026–August 2027
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly
- Interest in both technology and business impact; you enjoy connecting the “why” and the “how”
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
