Requirements

• Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations
• Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls
• In-depth knowledge in own discipline and some knowledge of related disciplines

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, curation, and delivery of learning experiences for ISS employees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Innovation, Technology, Legal, Risk) to align learning with enterprise strategy.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Six to eight years of related experience
• Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
• Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
