The Integrity & Support Operations (ISO) team at Meta is looking to solve the problem of assisting Meta's advertisers by delivering scalable services and operations, and optimizing the utilization of Meta's advertising products by businesses.
Requirements
- Proficient in troubleshooting advertising technologies, including but not limited to pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems
- Experience working with web technologies such as: APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
- Proficiency in SQL
- Prior experience with technical troubleshooting in AdTech preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Meta's monetization products, encompassing signals, measurement, and ads delivery, and offer advisory support to clients and partners regarding best practices
- Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Meta's advertising solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams in the go-to-market (GTM) process of launching new products and supporting existing ones
- Discover opportunities for enhancing and streamlining workflows through optimization and automation across entire support funnel
Other
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related degree
- 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising or technology industries, along with a comprehensive understanding of the advertising technology landscape
- Experience in client-facing roles, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical individuals or groups
