Responsibilities
- Analyzing, investigating and executing support requests from multiple testing & development facing CIBC partners in relation to common platforms (Windows, Unix, Network) hosting various types of middleware and applications.
- Designs, implements, configures, and manages solutions within the supported technologies, products, and services.
- Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for operational tasks.
- Integrates threat, vulnerability, IT, and business to prioritize incident handling and investigations.
- Defines security configurations for threat detection and prevention tools.
- Provides remediation recommendations for non-compliances.
- Orchestrating and leading the execution of changes that are centric to both physical compute resources and their supporting site infrastructure hardware.

- Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure end to end processes are followed through to completion is an integral component of the role.
