As a Technical Training Project Analyst for Manufacturing Services Training and Development, you will act as a liaison between Engineering and Training & Development teams, translating technical requirements into learning needs. You will support strategic initiatives focused on data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and digital transformation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile project tools.
- Demonstrated capability to translate technical requirements to actionable task based learning and skills development
- CAPM required
- Excel proficiency with data entry, formulas/functions, data visualization, pivot tables
- PowerBI proficiency required
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations based upon findings
Responsibilities
- Translate technical requirements to effective task-based skills development training content and delivery methods.
- Create dashboards and other training program-related data visualizations
- Create training project plans. Monitor and control the progress of Training & Development projects.
- Analyze business requirements and create reports and learning solution proposals to meet stakeholder needs.
- Support project planning and execution across departments using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and KPI tracking.
- Conduct data analysis and build interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to monitor project performance, workforce capacity, and identify operational trends and risks and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Drive digitization efforts by implementing scalable solutions and streamlining reporting systems.
