Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing for software applications.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Familiarity with care management platforms and healthcare compliance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and govern a structured documentation framework aligned with organizational standards and system architecture.
- Create user-friendly resources, written and multimedia, that support learning and process adherence.
- Maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge bases in Confluence, integrated with JIRA workflows.
- Partner with technical and business teams to ensure documentation reflects current workflows and system capabilities.
- Deliver concise release notes and communication materials for smooth rollouts.
- Monitor documentation effectiveness and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
