Requirements
- Ability to Utilize/interpret advanced numerical and statistical data and computer software programs to present documentation and analysis and resolve complex problems
- Applies extensive knowledge of advanced technical concepts and GMP practices, and a complete understanding of product or systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in quality systems and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, manufacturing or related technical field
Responsibilities
- Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures and records them as prescribed
- Assists engineering in providing manufacturing support by reviewing and analyzing data to determine manufacturing issues and trends
- Reviews and dispositions non-conforming material by utilizing tools and by developing knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures
- Documents non-conformances in Non-Conforming Material Review System and lead investigations
- May also train operators on processes and engineering changes, and perform operator certification on-the-job training and testing
- Operates all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and as documented in procedures
- Achieve APOC CAPA Training & Certification to support QR and CAPA activities within Quality Operations
