IDT is seeking a Technician II to support the Formulated Research Products Value Stream by performing manufacturing tasks and operating laboratory instruments to transform raw materials into final products.
Requirements
- Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with laboratory instruments
- Knowledge of decontamination processes, product transfer, and instrument maintenance and logging
- Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Experience with data analysis and problem-solving
- Familiarity with SOPs and work instructions
- Experience with life science applications
Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including decontamination processes, product transfer, and instrument maintenance and logging.
- Operate laboratory instruments to complete tasks by following all work instructions and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Support daily management of processes and products including assessment to drive problem solving with data and suggestion of countermeasures.
Other
- An associate degree in a science related field and at least two years of lab experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to perform and transition through a variety of tasks with concurrent deadlines daily with urgency and efficiency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
