Requirements
- Support IT Capabilities Development: Assist in tasks related to enhancing client IT capabilities, including people, processes, and technology, under the supervision of senior consultants and managers.
- Client Requirement Gathering: Help gather and document client requirements and provide initial input on potential IT solutions.
- Project Task Execution: Execute specific tasks within IT projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- IT Due Diligence Participation: Contribute to IT assessments as part of private equity evaluations, focusing on data collection and preliminary analysis in areas such as IT spend, organizational structure, business applications, security, infrastructure, and future capacity.
- IT Strategy Roadmap Support: Assist in gathering data and preparing materials for the development of multi-year IT strategy roadmaps.
- System Selection Support: Help in the IT system selection process by conducting research on potential providers, assisting in the assessment of vendors, and supporting consensus-building activities.
- Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Assistance: Assist in the integration of IT aspects during mergers and acquisitions, including data collection and preliminary analysis of infrastructure, applications, people, and processes, under the direction of senior team members.
