Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate detailed functional and non-functional requirements, effectively facilitating communication between business and technical teams while nurturing stakeholder partnerships
  • Perform value assessment, set prioritization criteria, and execute iterative backlog refinement leveraging project management tools
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in relevant technical domains and functional areas, utilizing industry-standard frameworks and methodologies
  • Apply data-driven decision-making techniques to optimize project deliverables and enhance team performance
  • Leverage structured analytical and critical thinking methodologies to resolve complex technical challenges with efficiency and precision
  • Maintain an external technical focus by actively monitoring emerging trends, best practices, and innovations across the technology landscape, and applying this knowledge to bring fresh perspectives and solutions to the organization
  • Manage project financials by proactively monitoring budgets, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to maximize value and cost efficiency
