The company is looking for an intern to assist with end-user workstation and help desk support, aiming to build and deploy technology solutions and solve basic customer technology problems.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program pursuing a Major or Minor in Information Technology or related field.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy hardware and software technology, including wireless, application software builds and installs, systems software, and cybersecurity.
- Use information systems health assessment tools, reporting and diagnostic practices.
- Solve basic customer technology problems.
- Learn scripting and other methods to automate critical, routine tasks.

- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to solicit advice from technical support team.
- Ability to interpret and respond to client needs creatively.
