Wellington Management is seeking individuals to be part of the global early career program in the Technology function to develop the foundation to become successful in a career in financial technology and to help solve complex business problems with technology.
Requirements
- Internship experience or coursework in software engineering, including design patterns, programming languages, and constructs
Responsibilities
- Build application functionality, leveraging implementation patterns and open-source solutions where appropriate
- Work closely with business users and analysts to review strategic business requirements and collaborate on design specifications
- Determine impact to servers, network and storage capacity, and throughput in conjunction with infrastructure delivery teams
Other
- Undergraduates graduating with a bachelor’s degree between Fall 2025 – Summer 2026
- Demonstrated interest in technology, and the investment management industry (all backgrounds welcome to apply)
- Strong academic performance
- Proven leadership experience and participation in community service and extracurricular activities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized, ability to multi-task and detail-oriented
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new concepts and subjects quickly
- Creative thinker, with the ability to generate independent ideas and thoughts
- Highly motivated self-starter with a high intellectual curiosity
