Requirements

  • Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as Python or other coding languages, prompt engineering, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Coursework, technical projects, or internships that demonstrate technical capabilities in software design, application development, or systems engineering.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, team-based development, or open-source contributions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and an interest in how AI can enhance software development is highly valued.
  • Candidates should be curious about emerging technologies and eager to explore how AI can accelerate engineering solutions.

  • participate in structured learning through both core and track-specific curriculum
  • build meaningful relationships across the organization through networking events, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, or informal peer engagement

  • Full time candidates must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical program at the time of hire.
  • Leadership or active involvement in clubs, organizations, or technical competitions such as Hackathons, Codeathons, or engineering challenges.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly and confidently share ideas with both technical and non-technical audiences to foster understanding and alignment.
