Cambridge is looking to solve the problem of gaining practical insight into the financial services industry and allowing students to gain practical knowledge in their field through a summer internship program.
Requirements
- Strong in design thinking and user research
- Proficient in Figma and visual design principles
- Analytical and skilled in C-Sharp, .NET, SQL, and Salesforce
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and Cambridge SDLC practices
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and human computer interaction
- Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC and SQL
Responsibilities
- Apply design thinking, challenge the status quo, and promote inclusive user-centered methodologies
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Design and develop software using Figma and other coding systems (C-Sharp, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL)
- Translate user needs into design solutions while working cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Learn CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and Cambridge SDLC practices
- Work within Salesforce to configure page layouts, permissions sets, create custom Apex code, and OMNI channels
Other
- Students studying user experience, human computer interaction, user experience design, computer science, computer information systems, computer engineering, software engineering, applied mathematics, management information systems, or similar majors
- Paid time off: Interns receive 16 hours of paid time off to use throughout the summer
- Volunteer time: Interns receive eight hours of paid time off to volunteer throughout the summer

- Educational courses: Interns participate in educational training hosted by our Associate Training and Development team
