The company is looking to solve the problem of implementing and designing Business Rules Management System (BRMS) solutions using IBM ODM 8.x, iLog/JRules, and requires a Technology Lead/Architect with experience in IBM-ODM (Operational Decision Manager) to design and implement solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in development and design across multiple projects
- At least 3-4 years of experience in IBM-ODM (Operational Decision Manager)
- Hands on experience in implementing and designing BRMS solution using IBM ODM 8.x, iLog/JRules
- Experience in Rules Harvesting, rules design and rules governance
- Exposure to architecting and setting up a BRMS system using IBM-ODM
- Exposure to IBM-BPM and working in a BPM+BRMS based environments
Responsibilities
- Implementing and designing BRMS solution using IBM ODM 8.x, iLog/JRules
- Designing the solution using ODM
- Rules Harvesting, rules design and rules governance
- Architecting and setting up a BRMS system using IBM-ODM
- Migration or business rules from legacy and other BRMS systems to IBM ODM
- Working in a BPM+BRMS based environments
- Experience in Agile Development processes

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
