The client is looking for a Technology Lead with expertise in Java/J2EE/Spring/PL SQL within the Manufacturing Domain to join their team in Tukwila, WA.
Requirements
- At least 2 years hands-on Software Development experience in Java/J2EE platform.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Database design, PL/SQL
- Experience working in Java frameworks: Spring MVC, Struts
- Knowledge on at least one Relational Databases and ORM technologies
- Good working knowledge of OO concepts, Design Patterns, UML
- Experience in designing and developing web applications, performing technical analysis and recommending solutions.
- Experience with application performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical proof of concept (POC) to validate proposed solution and reduce technical risk
- Participate & drive requirements discussion with end-users/customers
- Review and provide inputs for data modeling and designs
- Support server migration, software version upgrade activities
- Guide the development team
- Document requirements
- Design and Development of system
Other
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audience.
