The company is seeking a Technology Lead for Power Builder to address the need for application maintenance, production support, and development of applications using PowerBuilder and related technologies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Power Builder
- At least 5 years of overall experience with at least 3 year of experience in Powerbuilder, Java web services and related Technologies
- Experienced and strong knowledge in Application Maintenance and Production Support Services and processes
- Experience in Maintenance and development of applications based on PowerBuilder along with databases like Informix, Sybase, DB2
- At least 3 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Web services
- At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle including Application Maintenance and Production Support
- At least 3 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
Responsibilities
- Application Maintenance and Production Support Services and processes
- Maintenance and development of applications based on PowerBuilder along with databases like Informix, Sybase, DB2
- Experience in Java, J2EE, Web services
- Experience in software development life cycle including Application Maintenance and Production Support
- Experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
- Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Creation, maintenance and review of Root Cause Analysis, Design and architecture artifacts
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience to Insurance services domain
- Analytical skills and Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
