U.S. Bank is seeking a technology executive to contribute to the success of their technology initiatives in their digital transformation and modernization journey, specifically leading the technology metrics and analytics strategy.
Requirements
- Deep experience leading metrics and OKR strategies for large organizations, preferably in technology
- Experience and knowledge in how delivery initiatives are executed, including key data to be monitored and tracked to ensure success
- Significant experience using and managing Clarity for large enterprises
- Knowledge of Tableau and AI technologies
- Experience with technology metrics and analytics platforms
- Ability to develop and implement technology strategies
- Experience with IT service management frameworks
Responsibilities
- Leads the metrics and analytics strategy for the technology organization, identifying the critical metrics and technology OKRs to track progress against our strategic goals and simplify the metrics ecosystem
- Manages the strategy and execution of our Clarity and Tableau Technology metrics platform, including a vision for how we can leverage AI to drive efficiencies in our portfolio metrics processes
- Provides oversight of the performance of all initiatives across the bank where Technology has a role in delivery
- Leads the technology monthly business review process, creating the materials and leading the discussion with the CITO and directs monthly
- Able and willing to travel up to 10% domestically
- Leads the technology organization in achieving its strategic goals
- Develops and implements metrics and analytics to measure technology performance
