NTT DATA is seeking a Technology Product Owner to support the development of foundational capabilities for an Enterprise AI Platform, focusing on APIs, LLM hub components, data connectors, and cloud infrastructure enhancements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML platforms, APIs, or cloud infrastructure (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
- Experience with the AI/ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Experience working in Agile environments and using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Mural
- Experience with MLOps or LLMOps tools and practices
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models)
- Understanding of platform security, compliance, and cloud optimization
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand and execute the product vision and roadmap for core AI/ML platform capabilities.
- Translate product requirements into actionable features and user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Focus areas include APIs, LLM Hub integration, data connectors, and cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure timely delivery of features by working closely with engineering, data science, and DevOps teams.
- Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders across business units, data scientists, engineering, security, and legal teams.
- Track feature adoption and platform usage metrics.

- 5+ years of experience in technology product development, business analysis, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and reviews.
- Author clear and concise status updates, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage expectations and escalate risks proactively.
