• Extensive experience using AI tools and knowledge of GenAI industry trends
• Experience with corporate learning strategies, change management, or innovation hub design

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies that align with the organization’s objectives, ensuring sustained innovation and competitiveness
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies, promoting a culture that embraces change and technological advancement
• Organize and lead think tanks and innovation workshops to encourage creative problem-solving and the development of transformative ideas within the organization
• Drive comprehensive training programs to enhance employees’ understanding and application of emerging technologies, ensuring the workforce is equipped to leverage new tools and methodologies effectively
• Address organizational challenges by applying innovative solutions, enabling teams to overcome obstacles and achieve strategic objectives
• Develop clear and engaging content to communicate the benefits and applications of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization

Other

• Minimum 8 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
