PNC is looking to solve the business problem of driving business results and customer satisfaction through technology innovation, and is seeking a Technology Summer Intern to contribute to this effort.
Requirements
Working toward bachelor’s degree, technology relevant majors preferred (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, General Engineering, Software Developer, Cybersecurity, Security, Data Analytics, Data Science)
Sophomore or junior status
Minimum GPA 3.0
Knowledge of emerging technologies
Understanding of rapid development principles and forward-thinking innovation tactics
Experience with software engineering or data analytics
Familiarity with innovative technology and next generation tools
Responsibilities
Participates as an intern in the PNC summer internship program.
Performs or assists with the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results
Participates in social learning within the organization
Gains hands-on experience in Software Engineering or Data & Analytics within the Technology line of business
Leverages innovative technology and next generation tools to protect PNC and its’ assets
Works on projects such as machine learning development, automating current manual processes, infrastructure provisioning, and outer API servicing
Brings a fresh perspective to everyday processes
