Great American Insurance Group is looking to develop, scale, and manage Telematics-enabled insurance products and programs to integrate data assets, claims capabilities, and usage-based/behavior-based insurance offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or telematics
- Familiarity with telematics platforms and insurance data workflows is a plus
- Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decision making
Responsibilities
- Lead & support the launch and scaling of telematics-enabled products and program solutions like usage-based and behavior-based insurance.
- Contribute to structured product lifecycle planning and facilitate product lifecycle planning and coordinate transition to run teams or business units for sustained operational success after launch.
- Assist in documentation, training, and handoff processes to ensure smooth integration into business-as-usual operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document product requirements; help define repeatable intake and validation processes.
- Participate in readiness assessments and help build tailored playbooks to support strategic alignment across business units.
- Work with claims and data teams to embed telematics capabilities into products and enhance risk assessment models.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor trends to inform product positioning and ensure product/market fit.
