I2X Technologies is seeking a Test Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret. The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate as a member of the test team to test the product and its interactions with external entities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans to support project goals
- Experience with the engineering of new capabilities, including the design, development, testing, and integration of complex systems.
- Ability to generate detailed and repeatable tests to validate system performance and functionality, ensuring compliance with requirements and specifications.
- Security certification (Security+)
- Experience with test-driven development and continuous integration
- Knowledge of software architecture design
- Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles
- Familiarity with operating systems, including: Windows, Unix/Linux
- Ability to review and provide feedback on code (peer reviews)
- Basic data analysis skills
- Understanding of algorithms and how to implement them
- Experience with messaging interface development
- Knowledge of Command and Control (C2) systems
- Knowledge of Track correlation algorithms
- Familiarity with Link-16 protocols
- Experience with commercial and open-source software
- Basic understanding of Agile development methodology
Responsibilities

- verifying and validating the product through various testing activities, including coordinating with external partners for system-to-system tests, collaborating with Development teams to understand system improvements, testing the product against requirements, authoring and verifying bugs, and participating in system-of-system test events to validate the Product.

- Advanced degree and 3+ years experience or bachelors with 5+ years experience or equivalent
- Active Top Secret clearance
- A strong background in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions that span the entire systems development life cycle
- A track record of delivering results in all aspects of a System Engineer, with a focus on testing complex systems against specified requirements and warfighter needs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical approaches and findings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders, including developers, engineers, subject matter experts, and system users.
- Strong understanding of system development processes and principles, including the ability to communicate desired capabilities and requirements to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
