The company is looking for a Test and Evaluation Lead to develop testing strategies and timelines for proof of concepts and pilots for the electronic procurement system (ePS) for the Department of the Navy (DON). The goal is to provide critical information to Senior Navy officials for future capabilities and requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with the development of scientific test analysis techniques for software and evaluation
- Ability to write test scripts
- Ability to automate continuous security and performance testing
- Ability to monitor the health of content delivery systems
- Experience with DoD Acquisition Framework
- Knowledge of DON organizations and IT systems
Responsibilities
- developing testing strategies and timelines for proof of concepts and pilots
- provides electronic procurement system (ePS) Test and Evaluation (T&E) support to include test and evaluation master plans development, test and evaluation working integrated product team support, test planning support, systems engineering support to assist in evaluating the developmental and operational effectiveness of the ePS program during structured developmental test, integrated test and operational test evaluation evolutions
- track current and projected testing to ensure on-time delivery of results
- create a test plan with test cases based on user stories
- generate data and implement the test cases to observe how the software performs
- document the results and communicate defects to the development team
- automate continuous security and performance testing and monitor the health of content delivery systems
Other
- 15+ years of experience in testing and evaluation
- Ability to work both independently and with a geographically separated team
- Secret clearance
