Requirements
- 4+ years of automated and manual test experience on highly available, customer-facing web and mobile applications
- Experienced testing responsively designed web experiences
- Experienced testing APIs
- Experienced conducting User Acceptance Testing with users, collecting inputs from users, and supporting users with potential workaround
- Experience with Playwright
- Experience using Gitlab and CI/CD platforms
- Experience in AWS cloud architecture
Responsibilities
- Maintain test environments and test data
- Help identify, document, and track application defects
- Leverage and maintain automated testing frameworks to analyze test results and debug failures
- Create and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of the product in accordance with the project schedule
- Create and maintain Unit Tests and Regression Tests
- Provide recommendations to improve automated testing frameworks and testing processes for the team
- Conduct 508 testing to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements

- Must be a United States citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to customer, vendors, senior management and staff
- Occasional travel for training and project meetings (less than 5% per year)
- Ability to work in a remote environment operating within the Eastern time zone
