The company needs a Test Automation Engineer to write test scripts, execute them, and analyze the results to ensure the quality of their software products.
Requirements
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Selenium/React/ Python/ Playwright)
- Ability to review, understand, and extend pre-existing automated tests with little guidance
- Understanding of common design patterns
- Experience working with at least one moderately complex system
- Experience in creating and maintaining Azure pipelines
- Working knowledge of relational databases with the ability to write PL/T/SQL queries
Responsibilities
- Creating automated tests covering critical use cases of software using integration/e2e tests
- Documenting the use cases covered by automated tests
- Preparing test environments
- Collecting comprehensive and relevant data for problem investigation
- Striving for excellence to deliver quality products and test faster through the process
Other
- B.E / M.E. / B.S. / M.S in any Engineering discipline
- 2-4 years of experience
- General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job
- Ability to successfully follow and execute software testing automation processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers
