EverWatch is looking for a Test Engineer to ensure the functionality, reliability, and user experience of software developed for national defense by rigorously testing it and collaborating with developers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a test engineer developing or executing test scripts and analyzing results while performing system testing
- Experience analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
- Experience preparing for and conducting the data collection and analysis, and reporting status and results
- Experience supporting the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
- Experience working with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.
- Ability to provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Responsibilities
- create a test plan with test cases based on user stories.
- Using automated and manual processes, you’ll generate data and implement the test cases to observe how the software performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team
- automate continuous security and performance testing
- monitor the health of large data systems.
- writing the code to test.
- broaden your experience in large scale systems and gain skills in new areas such as automation, cloud computing, and Splunk while sharing your testing experience with your team.

- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Engineering Management and 8 + years of experience as a Test Engineer OR 12 years of experience as a Test Engineer in lieu of a bachelor's degree
