General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) needs to invent technologies, products, and services that help the nation's heroes keep the nation safe by applying advanced technologies to solve customer missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar space and everything in between.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge and experience with test engineering concepts, principles and theories, system processes and scripting languages
Responsibilities
- Develop top-notch deliverable test plans and test procedures
- Conduct iterative, structured integration and testing in a lab environment on a scheduled, regular basis
- Help troubleshoot and/or gather sufficient data to conduct troubleshooting of issues found
- Document formal test results
- Develop and conduct functional, operational, environmental, and/or performance tests on hardware, software and systems
- Participate in the planning and development of test plans, test procedures and possibly test harnesses for systems of systems
- Utilizing your expert knowledge and understanding of test engineering concepts and principles, the tests you'll define and conduct will ensure proper operation of systems developed in an agile development process.

- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
