Fluke Electronics is looking for a Test Engineer I to analyze, develop, implement, and maintain methods, manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements for the production assembly of new and existing products, aiming to improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity metrics.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of analog and digital circuitry and ability to read schematics.
- Ability to program in one or more languages (C-Sharp, Python, C++, Java, LabView/TestStand, etc.)
- Proficiency in root cause analysis using various problem-solving methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and improve test systems throughout the factory.
- Drive quality improvements through internal and external root cause analysis and countermeasures.
- Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities within the factory.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O communication boards for various stations.
- Review test results and analyze test data to improve yields.
- Provide technical assistance for hardware and software debugging.
