Requirements
Experience testing web and mobile applications across different browsers and configurations
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Responsibilities
Ensure web and mobile software products are released with minimal defects, meet defined acceptance criteria, and align with business requirements.
Develop and maintain effective test plans and test cases that thoroughly validate functional and non-functional requirements across all supported platforms.
Identify and document defects early in the development lifecycle to reduce the cost and impact of issues discovered in production.
Validate application deployments during overnight/off-hours as needed.
Collaborate across departments to understand customer needs and enhance the end-user experience in all developed applications.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Knowledge of security and home automation systems
Willingness and ability to work off-hours to support overnight deployments
