Requirements
- Fluid power knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of PLC programming
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuits and tooling used on test stands throughout plant
- Analyze and repair possible stand issues according troubleshooting guides if stands are out of startup control
- Review hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic circuits and schematics to troubleshoot test setups and power unit equipment
- Calibrate testing equipment such as pressure transducers, flow meter displays, heat, and current sensors
- Preform and assist in correlation studies and GR&R for qualifying stands for specific products
- Update documentation in Q-Pulse
