The business problem that SNC is looking to solve is to develop innovative solutions in the field of aerospace and defense, specifically in the areas of Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), Aviation, and Security (IAS), and to support the nation's most critical security needs.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related discipline
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
- Strong organization skills and work ethic; detail oriented
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
- Strong skills in design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support
- Experience with C4ISR capabilities
Responsibilities
- Ask questions, get involved, bring your ideas, be part of an actual project team
- Attend planning meetings, complete assignments as tasked by your team
- Absorb and learn from your team and apply that learning to projects assigned
- Participate in an in-depth program built by our University Recruiting team, that includes cross-functional workshops and meeting with leadership to gain understanding of the business and SNC culture
- Learn fundamental business processes and procedures
- Build your technical foundation through practice and mentorship
- Contribute to the development of innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems
Other
- Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship
- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance
