Marvell's switch business needs to develop high-performance networking solutions for enterprise, carrier, and cloud markets. This involves working on advanced silicon process and switch technologies, requiring expertise in test engineering for new product introduction (NPI).
Requirements
- Have taken classes on basic electrical circuits theory and programming language (C/C++)
- Good understanding of Perl, Python script writing techniques
- Strong Programming Skills in C/C++, in a Unix type environment, with good problem solving skills
- Experience working on ATE test platforms is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Understanding standard end to end yield reporting formats
- Understanding basic ATE test program structure and flow
- Understanding basic production flow for processor products
- Understanding basic fault, test coverage, and yield models
- Develop scripts using C, Perl, Python, or high-level programming languages to parse raw test data
- Performing characterization on new products on ATE test platforms and generate standard characterization reports
- develop basic ATE test program, write scripts, perform product characterization, and debug new products on ATE test platform
