Requirements
- Develop end‑to‑end quality strategies for robot manufacturing, from subassemblies to full systems
- Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to identify failure modes and enhance test coverage and process robustness
- Collaborate with test and firmware engineering teams to integrate quality checks into manufacturing workflows
- Analyze test data to monitor station yields and identify root causes of failures
- Collaborate with design teams to implement quality improvements at both component and system levels
- Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) to establish optimized pass/fail limits and improve test accuracy
- Evaluate test station performance and scalability across different production sites
