Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience with computer coding
- Experience using PTC Arbortext product releases pertaining to the NNPP XML toolset
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python
- Experience with Jira, Service now, Power Query, Terminal scripting, Web browser development tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- General knowledge of web development
- Working knowledge of markup languages such as SGML, HTML, & XML
Responsibilities
- Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks core to the production process
- Troubleshoot software when upgrading to new Microsoft operating systems
- Troubleshoot software when upgrading the XML toolset to later versions
- Troubleshoot text processing and illustrating software to restore operability when needed
- Coordinate and submit trouble tickets to EBIT / Unisys in a way that accurately conveys the urgency and nature of the problem
Other
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
- Degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
