The company is looking to lead and manage the Test Engineering team to ensure timely resolution of test-related issues and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Basic understanding of server hardware and server testing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Test Engineers and Test Technicians assigned to test for the customer product
- Drive test issue resolution with global headquarters and customer
- Monitor for new test software releases; track staged deployment and insure the process completes in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with Global Alignment team on Test versions
- Maintain awareness of customer test strategy and provide advanced notice and potential impact of changes
- Work with Operations and Process Engineering to define capacity requirements related to test infrastructure
- Support communication of test issue details by Test Engineering team to Quality group
Other
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Masters Degree in Engineering preferred
- 10 years experience in Test Engineering; at least 5 leading an Engineering Team
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and diligence
- This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken

- Strong written and spoken English skills; Bi-lingual in Mandarin preferred
