Motorola Solutions is looking to design, build, and deploy test solutions for programming, tuning, and testing their product portfolio to ensure products perform per customer specifications.
Requirements
- Familiarity with NI Teststand and NI Labview
- Basic RF knowledge
- Familiarity with test systems Hardware and Software architecture
- Familiarity with Python, C & C++
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products.
- Evaluate deadlines, goals and develop project schedules.
- Design, develops, and implement solutions to improve test yields, reduce over all Test time, provide for test capacity increases, minimize downtime, and optimize test/process flows.
- Analyze and critiques equipment designs/processes relative to market requirements, manufacturability, costs and technical requirements.
- Identify technical and quality problems, determines alternatives and evaluates them to arrive at the most acceptable approach including conformity to specifications, reliability, cost effectiveness, testability and reparability.
- Identify need for, assesses and/or develops technical/process specification standards and participates in establishing the procedures to ensure they are followed.
- Prepare and present technical reports to influence the decision making process.

- Currently, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a graduation date on or after December 2029
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
