The business and technical problem is to drive, design, and implement a base test automation framework, advise and mentor client SMSs/Engineers on designing the full scope of the automation framework, and deliver a QA Implementation Plan.
Requirements
- ALM & SFDC application experience
- should be able to navigate within these applications.
- A solid understanding of the SDLC
- be proficient in QA.
Responsibilities
- Drive, Design and implement the base test automation framework.
- Advise, assist, mentor and direct Client SMSs/ Engineers on what to design/how to design the full scope of the automation framework.
- Deliver QA Implementation Plan to appropriate team members.
- Develops a detailed test plan including project overview, QA responsibilities, timelines, resources & expectations
- Manages Client QA resources to develop and execute functional test scripts.
- Plans regression cycles and performance testing
Other
- Assist in handoff to Client SMSs/ Engineer(s).
- Sprint planning & estimations with Project Manager
- Leads Triage meeting
- Manages to test script coverage targets
- Intermediary between Salesforce Business Analyst and QA Team
